Sound issues with Chromebook

I have a Acer Chromebook and we cannot get the audio settings to work both ways (I hear attendees and they hear me)  Is there any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this?

Although we don't support the native desktop app on Chrome books, some users have reported the Android app can work in this environment --- if not, the web app is also viable:  https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/host-a-meeting-online-web-app-g2m090008
