Unable to Install Calendar Plug-in - Outlook 2013/2016

I know this topic has been raised here many times, but so far none of the previous recommendations have worked for me. I absolutely cannot get the Calendar Plug-in to install, even under the Silent Install process after importing the LogMeIn_2015-2018.cer certificate.

I've tried manually installing the vsto file from https://builds.getgocdn.com/builds/calendarintegration/outlook/G2M/GoToMeetingOutlookCalendarPlugin....

I've ran through the whole silent install process from an administrative command prompt.

I always get "
************** Exception Text **************
System.Deployment.Application.InvalidDeploymentException: Deployment and application do not have matching security zones.
at Microsoft.VisualStudio.Tools.Applications.Deployment.ClickOnceAddInDeploymentManager.GetManifests(TimeSpan timeout)
at Microsoft.VisualStudio.Tools.Applications.Deployment.ClickOnceAddInDeploymentManager.InstallAddIn()"

We do have a GPO in place that blocks applications from launching in AppData, because that's a common vector for crypto infections, so I am wondering if this policy is blocking the ClickOnce installer from running.

Is there anything else that I can try? Just for comment, I've read dozens of discussions on this problem on here and in other forums and I've tried literally every recommended fixt. Nothing works.

Ok, I finally sorted it out by doing something I haven't seen listed in any of the other forum posts.

I added the url below to Trusted Sites, and then pasted it into IE and ran the installer through that and it worked.
