Hello everybody,
we are new users of "GoToMeeting".
We have the problem that we cannot use the product properly because the voice quality is so bad.
We have already tested various things:
1. Normal landline call
2. App call with WLAN (500 Mbit)
3. App call with cellular (LTE)
We tested it with rooms and with normal appointments. The voice quality is so bad that we cannot make a call.
Can someone help us? What are we doing wrong? What else can we test?
