@weilm Are you currently a subscriber of GoToMeeting Business or Enterprise?  These are the two subscription types that offer unlimited cloud recording functionality.

Sorry to jump in again, but I could not get any answer from customer support....

 

@AshC I am not sure which product I have, we just started using the GoToMeeting Plus - COVID-19 Emergency Kit. Does this include the the function to add co-organizers or not?

Hi Ina, according to the GTM rep, the emergency pack is the enterprise version which should have co-organisers.  We haven't gotten ours yet so can't tell you for sure.

co-organizer disabled how to enable it?

Hello,

 

We are using gotomeeting professional for2 weeks now. The option in admin settings for co-organizer is enabled.

When starting a meeting the option co-organizer is disabled (grayed out). 

 

Can someone help me to activate this option for all our licences?

Unable to add co-organizers - "your admin has disabled this setting"

In the admin menu Co-Organizers are enabled: "Co-organizers are enabled. Organizers can select other co-organizers within the account to start and share meetings".

 

When users try to add a new meeting the option is greyed out. There's a mouseover message saying the administrator has not enabled this option: "Your admin has disabled this setting".

 

Is this an issue with the PRO account or is there another place to enable co-organizers?

I'm sorry for any confusion @bure , you must currently have a GoToMeeting Business subscription or higher in order to utilize the Co-Organizer functionality.

@psi1  I'm afraid Professional plans cannot currently ad Co-Organizers to scheduled GoToMeetings.  You may upgrade your plan online or through Account Services if you'd like to expand these features for your team.

@bure   Currently only GoToMeeting Business plans allow for Co-Organizer functionality.   I apologize for any confusion.

@wvanderspek  I apologize for the inconsistency between plans.  Only GoToMeeting Business tiers and higher are granted access to use Co-Organizer functions.

@psi1  Yes, the issue there is with the Pro account level.  If you upgrade to a higher subscription then you may use Co-Organizers within the company.
