disabled save button on Settings

Hi

 

When I modified my settings at https://global.gotomeeting.com/#/settings/meetings the Save button is disabled. I tried it with Firefox, Edge Chromium and IE. How is it possible to change the default phone number, enable the direct usage of Chrome etc.?

 

It is a payed "GoToMeeting Professional" account (valid until April 2021).

I guess it is an issue with the new interface. Switch back to the old interface, change whatever you want and then switch back to the new interface.

 

To go to the old intefarce, open settings and click "New GoToMeeting".  In that, unselect "Switch to the New Account Experience" and click Save.

 

Get back to the new interface by clicking Try New Experience that pops up at the top of the page.
