We are sharing an iPad or iPhone screen to do a demonstration using the GoToMeeting App. As we are sharing it, after about 5 minutes, the GoToMeeting stops working and gives the following message: "Screen Broadcasting - Live Broadcast to GoToMeeting has stopped due to: No longer presenting." Is there a reason this happens and is there a way to fix it?
I have the same issue. I have the latest app upgrade for ios. When i present my iPhone screen after some time(few minutes) i get the same message
"Live broadcast to GoToMeeting has stopped due to: No longer presenting"
To recreate this issue
1) Start go to meeting using web app.
2) Join the meeting using iphone X or any other ios device
3) Start screen sharing. I started to share timer screen as i have demo to give for 45 minutes.
4) After 4 minutes of screen sharing it stopped with above message.
IF this is not resolved in a day than unfortunately we will have to find another vendor.
@manchu73 Are you able to answer my prior question about changing from Cell Data to WiFi, or viceversa?
Have you already tried completely reinstalling the GoToMeeting mobile app?
Can you confirm what specific hardware and OS versions are in use?
im having this same issue, only using the ipad to share the screen. I'm using the latest software version 12.3.1 IOS and the most updated gotomeeting app. The ipad mini i am using is a few years old.

I have seen similar crashes on older iOS where the resources run out or overload the system in a similar manner. We are definitely interested in gathering more information from your iOS environment. Can you specify the iPad model too?
