As you might see, both Microphone and Speakers are showing "No device connected". I cannot change this, despite reinstalling the app and changing my audio inputs.
I am using GoToMeeting Version 10.15.0 Build 19228, on Mac OS Catalina, 10.15.7.
Any help is much appreciated!

@globalfundmedia I apologize for the connection trouble there.
If this was your first time using GoToMeeting, could you please reboot your Macintosh and use this test meeting to see if the connection can be established?

Thanks for your reply @AshC. This is not my first time using GoToMeeting, but I will try your suggestion and respond as soon as possible.
Hi @AshC , unfortunately this has not worked. I believe this is a bug, as other platforms are working correctly (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc).
What would you / others recommend as next steps?
Did you check in your Mac Security and Privacy settings that GoToMeeting had been granted access to your Microphone?
