webcam video quality isn't stable

Hello,

We use gotomeeting to train our employees. We did some tests before buying a license and we came to the conclusion that the quality of the video was much better than when using MS Teams.

But then, when a few people connect to the meeting, the quality of the stream becomes unstable.

Usually only the trainer shares his webcam, the rest of the participant does not.

If I watch the stream in a 1 to 1 meeting, the bandwidth used by gotomeeting remains stable around 2Mbps.

But when several people connect, it goes down to about 350Kbps...

Tracert shows no problems.

I have enough available bandwidth.

How can I perform further tests and find the cause of the problem here?

Gaël

Re: webcam video quality isn't stable

Hi Gaël,

If you reduce the number of webcams shared does this improve the quality of desktop screen sharing feeds?
