GoToMyPC Error 12031 with client on Windows XP

Hi,

 

We have an error 12031 when i try to connect to a host with GoToMyPC.

We use an old computer running on windows XP (2002 SP3) and Firefox 52.9.0 (32 bit).

Last week there was no problem to use GoToMyPC with this client. It seem that nothing had change on our setup.

 

With other computer running with Windows 10. We do not have trouble to connect to the host. So the problem seem to came from the client.

 

We try to follow the step on the documentation: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomypc/help/what-do-i-do-if-gotomypc-fails-to-connect-1089923311 

But it doesn't seem to help us.

 

Do you have an idea of the problem's origin ?

Hi,

Are you certain the Host computer did not receive an upgrade when the problem began?  Although XP isn't a supported client OS, you may ask Support for a Host downgrade in this case.

Thank you for your suggestion and your help.

 

The host is running on GoToMyPC 10.3 (2714).

On this page of the documentation [https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomypc/help/whats-new-in-gotomypc-1132214781]  they say the last version is 11.1.

 

The last time we used it was the 2 september, just before the upgrade.

 

I will try to upgrade GoToMyPC and make another test.
