GoToMyPC is failing on every front.

Neither the shortcut I installed nor the application from is allowing me to connect to my PC. I cannot even copy the error message I receive. I only have an error log. This is extraordinarily frustrating and I do not understand why Citrix has made it so difficult to find a solution to this problem or even to contact a representative of Citrix.
