GoToMyPC keeps changing my default printer every time I connect remotely

GoToMyPC keeps switching my default printer to the GoToMyPC printer every time I connect remotely. Is there a way I can stop it from doing this?

Hi,

You can prevent GoToMyPC from changing your default printer with the steps below:

Right click on the MYPC icon in your host computer's system tray
Select Preferences
In the Preferences click the Printing tab
Uncheck "Set the selected printer as the default while the session is in progress"
Click OK
GoToMyPC will no longer change your default printer when you connect remotely

What is the solution when that is already unchecked and this continues to happen?

Hi @poiuytredswaq -- If this is recurring for you, could you try re-installing GoToMyPC at the Host location when you have a moment?
