I tried to use my MacBook to connect my host computer internationally, but access got denied based on the location of "unknown". I was able to connect, but something happened.
@alchu324 There should not be any secondary authentication to connect to Host computers unless your company admin had set up some restrictions. Are you a member of a corporate account by chance?
Having same problem and i will try this for your FAQ - Login to your Manager/Admin account, navigate to manage PC and click on shared access feature for the machine. Add the users again to shared access list and save the entries. It should resolve the issue.
I try this but nothing will be work please help.
The “Access Denied” error appears when your browser uses different proxy settings or VPN instead of what's really set on your Windows 10 PC. Thus, when a website detects that there is something wrong with your browser cookies or your network, it blocks you and this is why you can't open it.
Is This True????
@LynnJones If you are entering the correct access code, and have someone at the Host PC to help troubleshoot, feel free to give Customer Support a call: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomypc/help/how-do-i-contact-customer-support-1107395211
