My version is 1.0 (2220) and will not work.

 

I have a case opened 07537363.

 

Can I get a link or method to update to the latest version as well?

@kcony  Sorry for the trouble. 

Are you also running Mac Mojave on the Host computer?  Did this just start happening? 

 

Can you also confirm the installed GoToMyPC software version setup there?

yes, just began after updating to mac 10.14.1

 

Where would I find the gotomypc software information?

Hi @kcony

 

MacOS 10.14 (Mojave) has a new level of permissions and privileges you must allow.  You can read about how to grant GoToMyPC access here: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomypc/help/why-does-gotomypc-need-permission-on-mac-mojave-1165472...

 

You can confirm that the GoToMyPC software is installed on your Mac by clicking on the Apple in the top left corner and selecting System Preferences. The GoToMyPC icon should be visible at the bottom.
