Are you also running Mac Mojave on the Host computer? Did this just start happening?
Can you also confirm the installed GoToMyPC software version setup there?

You can confirm that the GoToMyPC software is installed on your Mac by clicking on the Apple in the top left corner and selecting System Preferences. The GoToMyPC icon should be visible at the bottom.
