Problem with latest update

The latest update for GOTOMYPC for the Mac created a process visible in the Activity Monitor called "g2p_launcherhost" which is an absolute memory hog. It starts out at 70MB and quickly rises to about 8 to 10 GB. Even with compression it quickly creates "yellow" and "red" memory pressures that make it difficult to get work done. After unistalling the whole application, the process disappeared. 


What is the solution?

Would you be able to follow the directions below and provide us with the logs from your Mac?


  1. Download GoToLogFiles
  2. Extract the zip file
  3. Run the file
  4. Click Continue
  5. Select GoToMyPC as the product and click OK
  6. Once the Success message appears upload the resulting zip file from your desktop to here
