Issues

I have been using the same laptop computer to log in for years. Last week, I started getting an error message that GOTOMYPC is unavailable and I should try back later. However, when I use my desktop computer I can get in automatically. What setting should I check on my laptop?

I'm very sorry about that error messaging.

Since the problem began have you been able to reboot both Host and Client side computers?

Can you specify what operating systems you have in use there, as well as what security software/ firewalls are running in the background?
