Evaluations - Instructions showing collapsed

We have an evaluation sent out after each of our trainings and the questions are primarily using the rating scale. To ensure that folks understand that we are using 5 as very good and 1 as very poor, we have noted that in the instructions. However when the evaluation is displayed to the attendee the instructions are collapsed so they will not see them unless they figure out to click the arrow.  Is there a way to default the instructions showing expanded when the attendee takes the evaluation?

Thanks,
Melissa

Or if there is a way we can edit the scale so that we can have it say 1 - Very Poor, 2 - Poor, etc that would work as well but it doesn't appear to be an option using the rating scale question option.  The potential work around is changing all the questions to multiple answer one answer questions so that we can still have the statement and then the multiple answers are basically the scale with the words next to them.  Although it seems like it would be ideal to allow the instructions to show for attendees filling out the eval versus expecting them to figure out that they need to expand them.

Hi Melissa,
I'm sorry the GoToTraining Evaluation format cannot be customized at this time.

Hello,

When our evaluation form is displayed the instructions panel is collapsed.  We want our students to see the instructions without knowing they have to expand the panel first.

I saw in a post from 2017 that this could not be customised at that time.  I was wondering if it is possible now.

Thanks and regards,

Bill
