Using a PC, previously they were saved under the Documents folder. Neither me nor my teammates have found the log from this morning's webinar. Anyone with info please share, thank you!

I am happy to report that the automatic saving of chat logs to your Documents folder is now working in GoTo Training. To enable it:
Chat logs are currently not being stored. The team is working on adding this feature to the GoTo App for all products. Until then you will need to copy past the chat log manually to a document.
WHY ON EARTH WOULD THAT FUNCTIONALITY NOT HAVE BEEN BUILT TO BEGIN WITH??

So if we copy them, the copy includes a HUGE version of the profile picture for each user. This is a major fail on the part of GoTo. Every single major platform, INCLUDING the previous version of GoTo has the ability to save chat. The fact that the 'NEW AND IMPROVED' version has such a basic function 'under development' is a major disappointment.
Is there an anticipated date for release of and improved version WITH the chat log save feature?

I sincerely apologize for the delay in rolling out this functionality to the new GoTo experience. As soon as we hear any news we'll update the Community with details.
GoToTraining always had the option to allow the presenter to go back at a later time to review the chat, it was located on your computer under documents. Since the new experience has commenced this option has been removed. This was a ley feature as before we could rely on the Chat to go back and review if any requests were made during a session. For our line of work as our sessions can be 1.5 hours up to 3. hours in length and then we quickly have to jump from one session to another this was key as it was one last thing we had to worry about.
I noticed that this feature is no longer available and that it was not mentioned at all under the new features list, only after when I went to retrieve the chat to report an issue I noticed it was gone. We strongly urge the Dev team to bring this feature back on a high priority basis. There should be no need in this day and age to have to resort to old school copying and pasting chats in a Word Document, you had it figured out before please bring this back.

Here's an additional issue - the users are able to see all chat when it's set to 'organizers only'. I've tried contacting support, but managed to have 4 calls cut off as I was telling them the problem. Need a reporting feature for support so we don't waste time on a call as well.
