Is it possible to search all past webinars by attendee email address?

We would love to do a search by attendee email address to locate an webinars the person attended.  Right now I would have to generate an attendee report for all webinars.  It's a very inefficient process and would take many days for the number of webinars we host.

I totally support this request. Reporting is very limited right now and this would be very useful.

It would also be very useful if we could define the columns and the order of the columns the reports are produced in (for registrations and attendance).

Currently I have to make the same changes to the Excel report every single time I run a report, which is very tedious and time-consuming.
