10 minutes missing in the recording

Hi, the automatic recording of a recent webinar is incomplete, 10 minutes are missing at the end.

The local backup on desktop is complete but we cannot use it because it does not include the recording of the webcam.

Thanks for helping, this is urgent.

Hi @Eneris,

What you're describing indicates there was a disconnect at some point between your presenting PC and the GoTo Cloud servers.  This is the only way you would end up with a backup copy on your local HD.  In this case I'm afraid we won't have any backup copies of the recording ourselves, seeing as the conversion took place successfully and it could not find the last 10 minutes.  I'm very sorry about that.
