Account is being Suspended

Hello,

 

My GotoWebinar account is being suspended and I have contacted the customer support last Friday, the reason is because the overdue payment. To deal with the payment issue, my accounting department has paid the overdue payment immediately on last Friday, which we dont have any overdue payment now. While the customer support told us that the system will automatically reactivate my account after a couple hours.

 

However, my account is still being suspended until today, may I know when can the account reactivate since I will have several webinar within this week. Or is there has any other issue casuing my account suspend?

@Superhub  Unfortunately with offline contracts, when there's a disruption in the renewal process it has to be fully reviewed before re-activation --- which may take some time to complete.  In my experience though, the time is not more than a few days currently.
