I've just been made aware of an error that is being presented when trying to add an event to a Google Calendar. We've tested on three separate computers and registrants with the same result each time.
Any wisdom would be appreciated.
Here is the error message:
"429. Plan Exceeded.
We're sorry but the request can not be processed.
The referring website using the "Add to Calendar" service is related to a free Hobby account which has exceeded its monthly limits.
If this is your website, please click here."

Hi there,
We're experiencing the same issue as mentioned at the top of this thread.
Is this the same issue occurring again?
Thanks,
Hi @legalv, welcome to the community.
Did you see this exact same error message?

I just tested the Add to Google Calendar option as an attendee and it was successful.
Here is the error:
I just had the same problem, does not seem to be fixed. In my case instead of adding the event in the google calendar, my apple calender is suggested for entering the date to it. I made a screenshot including the console messages. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to upload the image.
@User_bei_nue welcome to the GoTo Community.
I tried creating a calendar event on my mac and was not able to replicate your experience. Can you let me know what the error message reads?
You can also PM me the screenshot if you click on my username and click send a message on the upper right hand side. Thanks.
I could not find the PM function to send you a file.
My starting point was the following link: (removed)
By that I received a ...ics file. My MAC is opening this file using CalendarFileHandler. Opening the file of the type ...ics opens the "Kalener" on my MAC and not the google calendar as it should. I also did not succeed to copy that entry to google calendar, unfortunately.
@User_bei_nue thanks for the additional details.
To add the file to your calendar, go to the Google Calendar click Other Calendars > Import > select the .ics file to add it to your calendar.
This does appear to be how the feature works, here is an idea request asking for enhancements, I encourage you to vote and comment. I will be sharing this experience with the team.
