If the administrator has lost his connection he is no able to join the webinar as it was in the old view. We need to launch the old system view to be able to join the webinar with admin role
@LiudaN Sorry for the trouble. I'm not aware of a join problem for Organizers/Admins with the new GoToWebinar layout...
Since the problem began have you been able to test an alternate computer with the same credentials?
@LiudaN Thanks for the video. We are aware of this confusion and are looking for alternate ways to get multiple organizers into session when it has already began. As a workaround you can also use the Organizer Join Link in the GoToWebinar Reminder emails.
