As mentioned earlier, few of my attendees are facing an issue where they were unable to see the webcam of the panelist. Also, attendees are not facing same issue on a regular basis.

Have you noticed anything about the period you keep attendees on hold, just before the broadcast --- like sharing webcams early before hitting the 'Start Broadcast' button in your control panel?
Yes, mostly my panelist shares the webcam before the sessions and after 10-15 min we start the broadcast.
Can you run a test webinar with these folks to see if sharing webcams right after starting the broadcast shows the feed any better?

I tried this but still, we are facing the same issue.
Thank you all for your patience. We continue to investigate the source of this problem, and should have more info soon around the fix.
We have fully resolved this issue for Android attendees. Please let us know if you experience any new issues viewing webcam feeds.
