I am very fond of the GTW quality, but not so happy for all the steps our customer/attendees has to go true for participate in a webinar. Usually the problem is the sound, and then that they have to download the GTW. After that is the problem where the attendees experience that the meny bar and the webinarroom separates . That mean that they see the menu bar, but the webinarrom itself often hides behind other pages or similar. Anyone have the same experience and have a suggestion to how to solve this - if it is possible to solve?
