Audio & webcam issues on MAC

Hi, 

We have been facing the same problem for speakers (organisers) who use a Mac: the audio & webcam do not work. When they go to preferences, the app GoToWebinar is not in the list. 

Could someone help with this? It is difficult to find a solution when you don't have a Mac yourself.

@TheAcademy  Where Mac isn't recognizing the app activation, if the users are on Catalina OS or newer, they may have to try re-installing the GoTo application or checking the webcam settings while in session to enable it:  https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/why-cant-i-access-the-microphone-share-my-camera-or-share-my-s...
