Hi there,
For about the last few webinars we have presented we have experienced numerous audio isues whereby it keeps cutting in out. The last one we presented was so bad that we had to end the webinar as There is nothing wrong with our internet connection as the audio cutting in and out was so bad it was pointless to continue (see table below for details). Also, please note that we use a hardwired connection and that our internet connection is well and truly sufficient to be hostng a webinar. I'm always the organiser and I also make sure there is no other programmes running and I do a restart on my PC about 45 minutes prior to the webinar starting. I have also spoken to our IT contractors and they too have gone through everything with a fine tooth comb and have confirmed there isn't anything further I can do. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with audio cutting in and out?

Did you ever find the cause of the issue or solution? We are having the same problem.
@HHC-cpa If this issue was affecting the entire webinar, and you've already checked the local network connections, then I suggest calling Customer Support immediately after the problem is recognized so we can investigate / trace the audio sources within the 24 hour window, where call logs are still available: https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/how-do-i-contact-goto-webinar-customer-support
