I have a new PC and during my first webinar with this new device, my Webinar closed right when I clicked 'start recording'.
What should we do? We have tons of sessions per week
I'm sorry to hear about this sudden failure.
Typically I would start troubleshooting this behavior by checking if have selected to record to the Cloud (in your GoToWebinar account online), or locally.
If locally, confirm that you have full access to the folder where the recordings are being stored (this location is the Documents folder by default, but can be customized in the desktop Preferences).
