GTW Reminder Emails Show Wrong Timezone

Hi @AshC , we have set GMT-3 (Brasília) time zone.

Panelists and Attendees emails are with the wrong time!

This year in Brazil, we dont have daylight saving time.  Could this be the reason?

@Jayne L   This is a separate issue affecting one time zone (Brazil).

@MarcoAG   We are investigating this currently.  Do you see the same when adding the webinar confirmation to calendars?

@AshC , the problem affects only the email time description. If we add the webinar confirmation to calendar, it works fine! OK?

We have scheduled a webinar with the brazilian time zone (BRT), but the platform thinks that we are currently with summer time (because it's BRST), but we don't have this anymore in Brazil. The reminder comes with one hour before the webinar but when we open the reminder the time set is one hour after the real hour that the webinar is scheduled and this confused many of my clients.

I need to solve this problem because they get confused and don't enter the meeting in the right time.

@AshC , are there any problem if we use the same GMT-3, but in another locale? For exemple Buenos Aires?

We did a test and the emails and the calendar worked. But could we have some problem to start the webinar?

@MarcoAG  That should be a solid workaround for now, using a similar time zone as Brazil Standard.

do you have any feedback concerning this problem?

we did two webinars this week and last week. For both, our Brazilian customers received the wrong timing in their calendar (-1 hour). For all other areas, they received the correct timing in the agenda.

I am afraid because it seems that in one year, the problem is not solved?
