Re: HTML Links in Follow Up emails?

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Inserting a hyperlink into Go to Webinar e-mail..

I want to add a hyperlink to my after webinar e-mail with the webinar material.  Is this possible?  If so, how do I do it?

Re: Can I embed a URL into a reminder email for a webinar?

I too am unable to get links to be clickable in my notifications that are sent. The only clickable link is the one provided by the system for the survey.

Re: Can I embed a URL into a reminder email for a webinar?

Hi Amanda, are you pasting in regular links or trying to use HTML embed codes? Regular URLs should appear as clickable unless the attendee's email client doesn't allow HTML.

Re: HTML Links in Follow Up emails?

I'm still trying to figure out how to do this as well. I copy and paste and the link appears as plain text in the preview.  Am I missing something?

Samantha - Links are not supported in the follow up emails.
There is a response above about it from Glenn Dobson.

Turns out doesn't work in Thunderbird, but works in most other email clients.

Some email clients will block HTML links for security.

Re: HTML Links in Follow Up emails?

When I paste a link and preview it's showing up as text, not a clickable link. How do we know if we're on the "new platform" where live clickable links are enabled?

Re: HTML Links in Follow Up emails?

Hi Nicole, all customers have been on the new platform since the beginning of last year. The preview will not show standard URL links as clickable but they will be in the email.
