Can't log in

Hi,
I am trying to log in to the Go To Webinar app but I am having difficulty.
When I type in my email address/username and click Next, it does not ask for my password, the only option is to sign in via Facebook. When I click this I get a message saying:

"Error - App not set up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions."

I have no idea what to do. I have a webinar tomorrow and I can't sign in at all. Why won't it let me just put in my password?

@pjwilson83  What type of computer / device are you using with GoToWebinar? 

 

You need to start scheduled webinars as the Organizer from your online account, so what happens when you log in at gotomeeting.com ?
