When checking the GoToWebinar purchase WEB page, [Video Sharing] is enabled in the Lite plan.

However, the menu was grayed out in GoToWebinar Lite and I could not upload the video file.
Is the information on the purchase page correct?
The pricing page should be up to date. If you had an older subscription (3+ months old) where a different plan tier was missing features, then it's possible video sharing wasn't activated. In this case, Customer Support can correct the issue if you call in directly.
I purchased GoToWebinar Lite on July 22nd.
I haven't tried GoToWebinar with that account, so the old settings don't exist.
It is difficult for me to call Customer Support directly.
