I had a gotowebinar pro edition and due to COVID budget is getting cut.
I wanted to downgrade to gotowebinar starter edition but I don't see any way to do that.
I pressed buy on this page:

Which redirects me here:
https://www.gotomeeting.com/en-il/webinar/buy/starter
But since I already have an account I click "Log In" under "my acocunt setup".
After logging in, it redirects me to https://billing.logmeininc.com/ where I only see my current pro subscription.
If I try to edit my current subscription, I'm given the option to either stay on Pro or upgrade to Plus.
Is there really no way to downgrade to starter?
I couldn't even get anyone from sales to contact me regarding this.
