I can confirm I have Fed Govt users who are now complaining of this issue. They are not always allowed to use other browsers. What is link to the "unsupported browsers page" for GTW that i can point them at to offer alternatives.
Taking support away from IE11 without some extra communication to users is a bummer. We have SO. MANY. FED AND STATE GOVT EMPS who attend our webinars.
If you were to say, but they should move to Edge or Chrome - believe me WE ALL KNOW THAT. But it can be a sloooow process. I confirmed with several folks that their orgs actually allow them to move to Edge but they hadn't/didn't know that...

If they can't use IE, then lots of my customers will not be able to attend webinars. Our state agency computers can use only IE on the older computers and Edge on the newer ones.
[UPDATE] We've released a patch for Internet Explorer that should allow attendees to join through this browser. Let us know if you see any more trouble.
Thanks AshC
hi,
This issue [joining meetings thru ie 11] seems to have appeared again.
Please see if it can be patched again ASAP.
It is greatly affecting us as well.
@livesubscribe I'm sorry we don't have any similar reports currently. Are you able to remove the GoTo Launcher and GoToMeeting desktop installation from your PC before joining the next meeting?
Hi,
Im testing this on multiple systems without any desktop clients installed. Simply opening an invite link in IE results in a spinning circle with no page loading. (the same link is working fine in chrome etc.)

@livesubscribe Can you try an in-private browsing window in IE to see if the page loads correctly?
Hi,
Thanks for looking into this.
InPrivate browsing does not help, I get the same spinning circle.
I've double checked that IE 11 should still be supported by Microsoft as well. Within the upcoming months they plan to stop support, and move all customers over to the Edge browser.
My only other thought for Explorer might be to check any plugins that may be blocking certain urls. You can always use this test event we have running to confirm the connection: https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/join-a-test-session-g2w060001
