Cannot signup for free trail

when i tried to sign up it display message like this. I am sure  I never signup GoToWebinar before.

We're sorry. It looks like your IP address has been blocked from signing up. This is most likely because someone using the same IP address has signed up with us before.

 

How I can use GoToWebinar trail
