We had GoToWebinar Plus subscription is the summer, but it is expired and is now in "inactive"status - so I cant cancel it.
How can I cancel it?
We want to subscribe for Pro plan, but now it allows just the Plus.

When I log in, it sends me back to my subscription page, where I can purcase only the Plus option. 😞
As long as the previous subscription is disabled you should be able to purchase after logging in. If not, go ahead and give our Support department a call at your convenience.
