We are reviewing our contracts due to the data transfer changes coming into place later this year.
I would be grateful if you could provide the following information by return:
- confirmation as to whether or not you transfer data outside the UK / EEA and if so, to where?
- confirmation as to whether or not you transfer data to the USA
- confirmation as to whether or not you transfer data to any other jurisdiction whose data protection standards are not UK / EEA equivalent and if so, what are these jurisdictions?
