Between screen- and audio-actions there are at least 15 to 30 seconds time delay.
After talking to support I tried a couple of different settings like different internetconnections.
It turned out that regardless of the internet connection
So I guess there is no problem with the internet connection but the webapp is currently not working?
Anyone else the same experience or ideas what to do?
Due to the way the Webapp system works, there is a few seconds delay for those attendees compared to others who are attending using the desktop software or one of our mobile apps. The video and audio are in sync, so the Webapp attendee would not actually notice the slight delay unless there was another attendee close to them using one of the other client options.
