Exactly what parts of your webinar recording do you feel are lower quality than the broadcast itself?
Have you tried recording a broadcast by yourself, to the cloud section of your account?
Does it vary at all if you store the recording locally?
@webinarfbk If you feel like this particular webinar has been converted incorrectly, then you'll want to file a case with Customer Support so they can take a look at the original, as well as compare it to the current behavior when you record a new webinar. This will be part of the troubleshooting needed to investigate further.
