As the title says, I keep getting this error message whenever I attempt to delete one of my recordings from the Video Library. Currently, I only have one upcoming webinar which uses a different recording from the ones I'm trying to delete.
Please let me know if anyone has any insights as to why this might be happening? Would be great if someone has a solution. Thanks.
@manug-2020 I believe this error message also pertains to On-Demand webinars. Do you have any of those in your webinar schedule that may have used this video?

At the moment I don't have any upcoming webinars scheduled, either simulated live or on-demand. I've only got the sample webinar in my 'upcoming events' list.

No, I didn't.
There are 4 recordings in total. I already deleted one, and that was the one that was on GotoStage. The others still won't delete from my video library and I'm still getting the error message whenever I try.
Are you able to call into Customer Support so they can access your account history and check on the status of those cloud recordings?
