But what I wonder: can I request a deletion of all existing records at your end, that are older than one year?
And that request raised once and in place forever (if not cancelled from my end)?

i have the same requirement as MRS_IT. If the participant wishes, we are obliged to delete his data. After three years after the question was asked, is there a option in GoToWebinar to delete the data of the participants of our webinars? Otherwise we cannot use the product anymore.

@Shirikawa Attendee data is automatically stored for 1 year after each webinar ends. You may request permanent deletion only through contacting Customer Support directly.
