GoToWebinar - Playing video during session

We've played a video of a recorded webinar during a live session. Some attendees couldn't hear properly (sound breaking or too far) and other couldn't even view the video, please see attachment for screenshot of error message.

The attendees were using Chrome, and logged in via confirmation link on desktop.

Why some didn't have a problem logging in and watching/hearing the video and others had sound and image issues?

I used the beta video sharing. The Labs video sharing didn't work for me. Thanks

@AstridH  Exactly what are your attendees experiencing when you are playing videos through the GoToWebinar platform? 

What type of webinar schedule did you use for this broadcast, and was the included video a YouTube link or uploaded MP4?

When playing a video (MP4), those who are connected with phone audio, cannot hear the audio. They get a message that  the audio is available on their computer only.

Also , people who are using headsets, do not always hear the video audio, but they do hear the organizers talking.

@AstridH   That behavior is currently expected:  Attendees can only listen to GoToWebinar embeded videos through their mic & speakers.
