This issue still happens while broadcasting uploaded videos through the video sharing feature.
Is there any solution or guidance we can give attendees?
@AstridH Exactly what are your attendees experiencing when you are playing videos through the GoToWebinar platform?
What type of webinar schedule did you use for this broadcast, and was the included video a YouTube link or uploaded MP4?
When playing a video (MP4), those who are connected with phone audio, cannot hear the audio. They get a message that the audio is available on their computer only.
Also , people who are using headsets, do not always hear the video audio, but they do hear the organizers talking.
@AstridH That behavior is currently expected: Attendees can only listen to GoToWebinar embeded videos through their mic & speakers.
