GoToWebinar - Playing video during session

Hello, the issue with seeing the video is still present. Once the video is started, for some users this black window appears:

- the video is an mp4 file shared through the upload video function

- I am an organizer

- I use the Desktop app

- OS: Windows 10 Pro N, version 1909, installed on 23/01/2020
