Hello. We ran a simulated live webinar on Friday and while the webinar was playing, the video paused for ALL attendees - not once, but four times! We have run 100 + webinars using GoToWebinar and this is the first time that we can encountered this issue. Any reason why this could have happened?

Do you remember if there were any Co-Organizers helping with the presentation?
If not, we may need to investigate through Customer Support after collecting local log files from the presenting computer.
Hi @AshC . This was a recorded webinar that was played. Not a live one. There were no organizers or co-organizers.
In this case, the video playback should never 'pause' or quit before the conclusion of the broadcast. I would first try to replicate the experience again, using the same video in a recorded webinar broadcast, and also report this to Customer Care by phone so they can let our engineering team know about the failure.
