I'm a panelist for a webinar. I see the names of the 3 "STAFF" Panelists, see "33 attendees" but I'll be dipped if I can view a list of the attendees. There is NO ATTENDEE TAB to toggle.
My system: Win10.64 Pro, updated WIn/Chrome/Firefox prior to starting webinar.

Only the Organizers can see the attendee list.
The Organizer has the ability to allow everyone participating in the webinar to see the attendee list.
The webinar Organizer has the ability to elevate you to the status of Organizer, for that webinar, where you would be able to see the attendee list.
