We have been experiencing issues with webinar registrations, for certain clients. As you are not an approved platform for some of our them, it is blocking them. Is this something you could pursue for us? As one example, our contacts at banks in Paris and London have told us they cannot use GoToWebinar as it is blocked by IT. But they do support other platforms.
Can you help us please?
Thanks for your help
Is the block that they cannot download the GoTo application and install it on the computer? If so, they could try forcing GoToWebinar to run in a web browser.
This feature is called the Instant Join App. Find the details here:

When the Participant gets their webinar Join Link in an email message, they can add this text ?clientType=html5 to the end of the Join Link and enter this new URL into a web browser. Test this first to see if it still works.
Thank you for your prompt respose.
Unfortunately, they fall at the first hurdle - they are not even able to register. The form flashes up and then an error page. Possibly their internal 'sandpit' disallowing it?
Not sure if there is anything that can be done from GoToWebinar side? It must also be frustrating for yourselves too. What is particularly perplexing is that other platforms are not blocked for them......
Thanks
Hi there
I wondered if there has been any luck with investigating this issue? Some of our clients are not even able to access the registration form, it gets blocked. So the instant join idea as a possible work around is not possible. I would be grateful for any help on this. Thank you.
@Rach1 Inability to access registration pages is definitely going to be a firewall problem there. Please have their IT team reference this page to make the necessary adjustments: https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/optimal-firewall-configuration-g2w060025
Hi there - thank you for this advice. I will pass this on.
