Google and Outlook Calendars for Webinar Series

I have heard of limitations of the calendar working on webinar series.  Basically only the first date loaded on my calendar for a series of three I scheduled because there was no pattern to provide to Outlook or Google.

Now that I have announced this and have several registrants, how do I make sure the participants can properly load the 2nd and 3rd dates for the series on their calendars? Or participate for the events they really wanted to attend - 1st, 2nd or 3rd?    I cant send my own calendar invite, because it doesn't have the unique participant link. Right?

Related question - sometimes I have been getting google calendar notices of accepted meetings from my registrants.  Are these people just savvy users and know to build the calendars themselves and then include me?

Hey Mark!

This article will cover why that happens and the workaround to import the .ics file so that all dates and times are displayed in Outlook:  https://support.logmeininc.com/gotowebinar/question-and-answer/why-is-my-recurring-webinar-only-bein...

Here is Google Calendars steps for importing .ics files https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37118?hl=en

Jess,

Hello. Would happen to have the text of the article you mentioned? The URL provided is inactive; it may have something to do with the LogMeIn buyout of Citrix. The URL is a Citrix domain, but it doesn't render. I really need to read that article. Any help is more than appreciated. Thank you!
