How Do I Do a Panel Discussion Webinar in GTW?

This is probably GTW 101 but I can't seem to get it to work. How do I do a zoom-like panel discussion on GTW? I have 3 remote webcam panelists plus me and I want the audience view to be all four at the same time. 

I did a webinar last week and all 4 of us could see each other but the audience only saw a black screen. I had to quickly post a ppt slide with our faces. The sound was great and we got tons of compliments but I wanted everyone to see all 4 of us.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I think you have to show one computer screen to the audience first.  Then you can stop showing your screen. Then the audience will be able to see the presenter's webcams.  I assume you made all of the presenters Panelists.
