We conduct webinars with thousands of registrations. From time to time, we notice that certain registrations do not reach the user. Mostly, because they had a typo in the email registration. In most cases, we cannot verify with the user, if they received a confirmation email or not. I have spoken with a support agent and he indicated that you have bounced information, but it can only be accessed by your team and if I want to check it, I need to provide an email address. This does not make sense, as we do not know if a user received or not received the confirmation email.
Can you allow us to generate a simple report of all the email invitations that were bounced?

Thank you for your support. Apparently, based on their support agent they have the information, but they do not share the data with us. That is very frustrating, especially that we would be able to increase the attendance rates if they share the data with us.
