How to search in the new video library

Is there a search option for the new video library in the updated gotowebinar? Or do I always need to revert back to the old version in order to search for a specific recording?

It is difficult to just scroll through the videos in the version without a search option.

Re: How to search in the new video library

Hi @Chris251

We plan to add search to the new video library, I do not have an ETA for when it will be available at this time.

Re: How to search in the new video library

It would be nice if that web page could show the videos in a list rather than showing 15 of the exact same thumbnail. There is more blue and green on that page then listings of videos.

Also, we used to call these "recordings" to differentiate from the "videos" we attach to, and show during a webinar.  Or do we call one the "recording video" and the other the "playback video"?

Any update on when the search function will be available for the Video Library? We would like to add transcripts to some of the videos, but going through each page one by one is so time consuming. Plus, each time we add the transcript to a video and save, we are taken back to the beginning of the video library and have to go through each page one at a time again.

ditto on fixing the jump back to the beginning of the video library.

Re: How to search in the new video library

Hey folks,

With the new GoToWebinar interface we plan to roll out a new search function very soon.  I should have more info in the next week or so.

Thanks for your patience while we make sure it's working correctly.
